Q: Do you have a list of locations?

A: Yes, visit our locations page for a list of office locations and phone numbers.

Q: Is there a waitlist for services?

A: There may be a waitlist for outpatient services. Please call our Access Center at 1-800-963-3377 to learn more and discuss treatment options.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?

A: You will have access to a prescriber when enrolled in treatment programs for mental health or addiction that offer medication management.

Q: Are you able to provide housing?

A: Oaks offers housing services such as group homes, supported housing and emergency transitional housing for qualified individuals and families. Learn more about options and eligibility for adults and children/families.

Q: How much do services cost?

A: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, some private insurance and sliding scale fee based on income for those who are uninsured.

A: Contact our Access Center at 800-963-3377 Monday – Friday, 9am – 8pm. Access Center staff will ask a few brief screening questions to ensure eligibility and explore treatment options.
