Chief Executive Officer
When Derry Holland joined Family Service in 1986 as an intern for the Family Learning Center and Seasons Outpatient Program, she had no idea it would become a 30 year journey. Over the next three decades, she went on to hold several operational and administrative leadership positions within the organization.
In October 2016 Derry officially took on the role of Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, she leads a team of over 1,850 employees who are responsible for the continued development and integrity of 150 diverse health and social service programs. Derry focuses on building a strong financial foundation, maintaining the highest possible clinical standards, and most importantly, fulfilling our mission to serve the most vulnerable members of our community.
In addition to her work at Oaks, Derry is currently a member of National Association of Social Workers, NJ Chapter and is affiliated with the Burlington and Camden County Mental Health Boards.
Chief Operating Officer
During her 22 year career with the agency, Karen has worked in many areas of children’s services including group homes, crisis intervention, partial care, home-based, school-based, Vice President of Foster Care Services and most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Children and Families Services.
As COO, Karen oversees a portion of Oaks Integrated Care adult programs and manages all of children’s services.
Chief Financial Officer
Qindi joined the agency in 1991 after receiving her MBA from Syracuse University. She continued to grow within the organization and was named Chief Financial Officer in 1998. As CFO, Qindi manages the agency’s budget of over $98 million and plays a critical role in the implementation of our strategic plan.
For Qindi, the bottom line is always about meeting the needs of the people in our care. Her personal goal remains to ensure that every deal is the best deal for the benefit of consumers, staff and the agency.
Aside from Oaks Integrated Care, Qindi is a member of the New Jersey Association of Mental Health Agencies (NJAMHA) CFO Practice Group.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Pinninti, a physician with UMDNJ, joined the agency ten years ago as Medical Director. As Chief Medical Officer he serves as a liaison to the medical community and works closely with staff to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
Dr. Pinninti specializes in the cognitive services of serious mental illnesses. He is certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the Association of Cognitive Therapy.
Aside from Oaks Integrated Care, Dr. Pinninti spends his time as a professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UMDNJ and has published over 30 articles in scientific journals.
Chief Human Resources Officer
With over 25 years of experience in both social work and human resources, Sheri leads a team of more than 1,850 employees at Oaks Integrated Care. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies, staff development, recruitment and retention, employee relations and benefits.
Sheri takes pride in ensuring the workplace environment is consistent with the values and mission of our agency. With the ability to see the big picture, she plays a main role in shaping and implementing our business strategy.
In addition, Sheri is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Chief Development Officer
Pam joined the agency in 2005 as the Communication Specialist and later took on the position of Director of Development and Communication. As Chief Development Officer, Pam manages the public relations, marketing and fundraising for the agency.
In the transition to Oaks Integrated Care, Pam plays a major role in developing and implementing innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and fund development for the organization.
Chief Administrative Officer
With 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Tom manages quality, grant development, property acquisition, implementation of the electronic health record, and implementing strategies to advance care delivery for individuals served by Oaks Integrated Care. Tom advances our organization through an innovative approach to care in order to position us in the community as the “provider of choice” for both consumers and payers. Tom leads a highly innovative, outcomes oriented team that focuses on quality assurance, performance improvement and maintaining the highest clinical standards using a customer focused approach.
In addition, Tom is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Approved Clinical Supervisor, NASW-NJ Social Work Supervisor and a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Aside from Oaks Integrated Care, Tom is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chief of Quality and Health Integration
With over 35 years of experience in in the human services field, Leslie is dedicated to ensuring Oaks Integrated Care meets the highest clinical standards in order to provide the best possible services to the children, adults and families in our care.
Leslie oversees the Quality staff and functions including Compliance, Licensing, Facility Assessments and Medical Records. She also drives our transition into integrated care as we develop best practices and goals to help individuals achieve both mental and physical wellness.
In addition, Leslie is a licensed social worker and has served as a reviewer for SAMHSA leadership programs and health integration proposals.
