Provides supervision and coaching to direct care staff. Must have supervisory experience and current screener certification \nRequires: A Master’s degree or an RN in a mental health related field plus one year experience in a psychiatric setting with crisis experience; Possess a current screener cert; must have supervisory experience; \nCrisis Intervention Specialist\, full-time/part-time– Provide psychiatric emergency services including crisis assessment\, intervention\, outreach and screening for commitment to promote the safety of the client in crisis. \nRequires: Master’s (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field; Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree plus 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting; Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) \nTelephone Triage Screener\, full-time/part-time– Provide psychiatric emergency services over the phone and work directly with outreach staff\, Act as a liaison with ED staff\, police and community providers\, Handle consumers\, community providers and police when in psychiatric extremes. Active Screener Certification required \nRequires: Master’s (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field; Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree plus 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting; Licensed Registered Nurse (RN); Screener certification required \nOutreach Screener\, full-time– Provide psychiatric emergency services including crisis assessment\, intervention\, outreach and screening for commitment to promote the safety of the client in crisis; Facilitate a resolution of the crisis within the least restrictive environment possible. Active Screener Certification required \nRequires: Master’s (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field plus one (1) year post degree\, full-time experience in psychiatric setting OR Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree plus 3 years post degree\, full time experience in mental health\, 1 of which is in a psychiatric setting; Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 years post Rn mental health experience\, 1 of which is in a crisis setting; Screener Certification required \nChild Specialist\, part-time– Work with children that either present directly to Crisis or are referred via school system.
