Our professional, caring staff utilize Trauma Informed Care and value strong connections with family, peers, school systems and community organizations. Programs are designed to allow individuals to reach their full potential and improve quality of life for the entire family.
Bridging Family Support provides intensive in-home supports for individuals of all ages with developmental/intellectual disabilities and their families. The program is a lifeline for families caring for a loved one challenged with communication, social interaction and behavior difficulties. Services include therapy, daily living skills development, behavior management and respite care.
Oaks provides 24/7, caring residential services for children ages 5-21 and adults and with developmental disabilities. Our beautifully maintained, fully accessible group homes are located in safe residential neighborhoods. Individualized services include therapy, medical care, behavioral support, daily living skills development and socialization. Clinical services are supported with educational/vocational support, art, music and recreational activities.

Transition to Adult Services
When your child turns 21, Oaks will walk hand and hand with you through the transition process. Our full continuum of services for adults with developmental disabilities makes includes day programs, supported living and 24/7 residential services.
