Transitioning Young Adults

Redefine What is Possible

Oaks provides programs for transitioning young adults struggling with conflict, learning to manage a mental illness or facing difficulties at home, work or school. Our goal is to identify areas that need strengthening and improve overall quality of life to ensure a healthy transition into adulthood.

Homestretch provides unsupervised transitional housing and support services to youth aging out of foster care and homeless youth in Atlantic County. Services focus on life skills, vocational and educational goals and case management.

SBYSP provides health and social services to youth in Trenton Central High School with the goal of helping students finish their education, obtain skills leading to employment or continuing education and graduate healthy and drug free.
