Oaks Integrated Care offers caring, compassionate programs for adults, children and families living with a mental illness. Our programs throughout New Jersey give individuals the opportunity to make healthy choices, stabilize symptoms of illness and eventually reach his or her full potential.

Outpatient counseling services, partial care, residential programs and more are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. By focusing on integrated care, it becomes possible to treat the whole person to achieve both mental and physical wellness.

Using Trauma Informed Care, we embrace each person’s diverse story including life experiences, history and culture. We will help you see beyond the immediate barriers of conflict, struggle and worry and welcome opportunities for hope and change.

Outpatient services including individual and family counseling, intensive treatment and substance abuse programs help individuals and families make adjustments to life to resolve conflicts, better cope with challenges and achieve goals. Programs are offered in convenient locations throughout southern and central NJ.
