Oaks Integrated Care employees are considered Essential Personnel and we will continue to take safety precautions and serve our clients in every way possible.

At Oaks Integrated Care, our top priority is always the health, safety and well-being of the individuals and families we serve, employees, family members and community members. As information about coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we will keep you updated about preparations and any impact on programs. We are adhering to guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and communicating closely with state and local government agencies to ensure best practices.

Please stay home and do not visit Oaks Integrated Care locations if you are sick or not feeling well. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and cooperation as we navigate this together.

24/7 Programs: Support Our Employees

Please join us in supporting our employees and all healthcare workers during this traumatic time. As uncertainty about the outbreak continues to grow, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Oaks employees for their dedication to the individuals and families we serve. As a 24/7 organization working with an extremely vulnerable population, our employees are essential to caring for both the mental and physical health and well-being of the children, adults and families in our programs. We are incredibly grateful for everyone’s commitment.

Emergency Preparedness and Precautions

Oaks is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace at all times. We are doing everything we can to protect consumers and employees by actively following all recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) such as limited capacity at partial care programs, social distancing, daily health and temperature screenings, mask-wearing and frequent and thorough hand-washing. Program leadership and employees in office locations and group homes are practicing cleaning measures (disinfecting toys, vehicles, etc.) and receiving additional training.

Visitations

Please stay home and do not visit Oaks Integrated Care locations if you are sick or not feeling well. In an effort to protect the individuals and families we serve and Oaks employees, we ask you to avoid entering an Oaks location if:

  • If you have traveled internationally within the last 14 days
  • If you are currently experiencing shortness of breath, fever, or cough.

Please protect yourself, loved ones and our employees when visiting Oaks locations by taking basic steps such as washing hands frequently and practicing respiratory etiquette (covering coughs and sneezes).
