Make Holiday Memories Possible

For many families in Oaks Integrated Care programs, the holiday season can be an especially challenging time of year. You can make holiday memories possible for families in need by making a monetary donation. With your help we will distribute over 2,000 Thanksgiving meals and sponsor 100 families through our holiday gift drive.
