We continue to stay on the front lines providing essential services, accepting new clients and will continue to carry out our mission virtually!

Mental Health & Substance Abuse

Mental health and substance issues impact every aspect of an individual’s life such as health, relationships and work. Outpatient Services can help you or your loved one stabilize symptoms of illness, restore quality of life and move toward wellness and recovery. Services include counseling, substance use treatment, co-occurring services, medication management and case management services.

Oaks offers convenient outpatient locations in Burlington, Camden, Mercer and Cumberland Counties. Billing and Insurance

Hours

Monday- Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Some availability on weekends

Treatment for adults dually diagnosed with a mental illness and substance use disorder. Services include comprehensive screening and evaluation, trauma informed individual, group and family therapy, family education and support, medication management, health coordination and case management.

Treatment for adults in recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol. Services include comprehensive screening and evaluation, trauma informed individual, group and family therapy, family education and support and medication management. Learn more about Addiction Services

Prescribed, community-based, mental health services under court order to individuals in Camden County with a serious mental illness and frequent users of inpatient services and/or Crisis Screening Services.

A more intensive level of care including individual, group and family therapy, case management and medication management.

Clinical High Risk (CHRP) provides office-based and in-community care for adolescents and young adults ages 10-25 who are assessed to be at-risk for psychosis. The goal of the program is to decrease symptoms, enable individuals to engage in social, academic and/or vocational activities, and delay the onset of psychosis.

Services include psychiatric prescribing, case management, individual/family/group therapy and linkages to community resources. Counties served: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem

PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.
