Tools for Caregivers During Covid-19 and Beyond
Family caregivers of seniors with long-term illnesses are invited to attend this powerful virtual conference on Thursday, December 3, 5:30-7:30pm to gain insight into the challenges and issues associated with caregiving during Covid-19 and beyond. Registration is free!
This conference is organized and presented by the Oaks Integrated Care Senior Well-Being Program. The Senior Well-Being Program is funded under Title III of the older Americans Act of 1965 as amended through a grant by Mercer County ADRC.
