Join our Diaper Derby race to collect 25,000 diapers for families in need in our community! Many families in Oaks programs cannot afford to pay for necessary baby items. The cost of diapers can put an enormous financial strain on families struggling to make ends meet. That need has skyrocketed during the pandemic and families need our help now more than ever!

Did You Know?

  • 1 in 3 families in the United States struggle to pay for diapers

  • Although safety-net programs help with the cost of food, they do not cover the cost of diapers.

  • Babies use more than 2,700 diapers in the first year alone – a cost many families struggle to afford.

  • Without a supply of diapers, babies cannot participate in early childhood education.

  • Children who do not have access to clean diapers are exposed to health risks such as painful rashes and infections.
