Our services give individuals the opportunity to make healthy choices and eventually reach his or her full potential. Live the most fulfilling life possible. Adult Services Through outreach services, we can help you or your loved one learn to manage mental illness and live the most fulfilling life possible. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life. Doors are open to adults receiving mental health services in Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties.
