Live the most fulfilling life possible. Adult Services Through outreach services, we can help you or your loved one learn to manage mental illness and live the most fulfilling life possible. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life. A Better Quality of Life Adults Services From young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community.
