Bridging Family Support

A Lifeline for Families Bridging Family Support provides in-home and community supports throughout southern and central New Jersey for individuals of all ages with developmental/intellectual disabilities and their families. Using a holistic approach, we offer intensive treatment in a family-centered, team environment. The program helps families caring for a loved one challenged with communication, social interaction and behavior difficulties. Live the most fulfilling life possible. Adult Services Through outreach services, we can help you or your loved one learn to manage mental illness and live the most fulfilling life possible. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life.
