Choose Help Today Oaks Integrated Care offers over 230 programs throughout New Jersey for adults, children and families living with a mental illness, addiction or developmental disability. Our services give individuals the opportunity to make healthy choices and eventually reach his or her full potential. Using Trauma Informed Care, we embrace each person’s diverse story including life experiences, history and culture. We will help you see beyond the immediate barriers of conflict, struggle and worry and welcome opportunities for hope and change. Food Pantry

Food shouldn’t have to be a choice! The Oaks Food Pantries, located in Mt. Holly and Berlin, provide the people we serve and community members in need with basic food, clothing and household provisions. Over 90% of the individuals and families in Oaks programs live at or below the poverty level. They often face the harsh dilemma of spending their meager financial resources to purchase the medications which keep them mentally stable or to purchase food. Live the most fulfilling life possible. Adult Services Through outreach services, we can help you or your loved one learn to manage mental illness and live the most fulfilling life possible. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life.
