Our services give individuals the opportunity to make healthy choices and eventually reach his or her full potential. COPE Center

We welcome COPE Center to our family of services! On May 1, 2021, Oaks officially announced a merger with COPE Center in Essex County. Headquartered in Montclair, COPE services and locations will remain the same and continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in their local communities. COPE Center has been strengthening communities by helping people overcome challenges with drugs, alcohol, family and AIDS since 1971. Children’s Mobile Response

A Family Focused Approach Children’s Mobile Response (CMR) uses a family focused approach to help children ages 5-21 experiencing a behavioral or emotional crisis. Immediate, in-home stabilization services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Camden County. If a child is experiencing any of the following symptoms that interfere with life at home or at school, we will send a trained professional to the home that same day. Food Pantry

Food shouldn’t have to be a choice! The Oaks Food Pantries, located in Mt. Holly and Berlin, provide the people we serve and community members in need with basic food, clothing and household provisions. Over 90% of the individuals and families in Oaks programs live at or below the poverty level. They often face the harsh dilemma of spending their meager financial resources to purchase the medications which keep them mentally stable or to purchase food. Oaks Integrated Care provides caring, residential services in a safe, loving environment for children, adults and families. Residential services such as supportive housing, transitional emergency housing and group homes for individuals living with a mental illness or developmental disability can mean the difference between a person lost and a full meaningful productive life. Visitation Services

Creating a Healthy Home Visitation services give families a chance for healthy, positive interactions together after a child has been placed outside of the home. The ultimate goal for each program is reunification. Sibling Visitation provides an opportunity for siblings separated in foster care to spend quality time together in a recreational atmosphere. FLC Visitation provides supervised visitation for children and parents. Services include scheduled supervised visits, transportation for children within county, assistance for families in achieving DCP&P case plans, and work toward reunification.

Live the most fulfilling life possible. Adult Services Through outreach services, we can help you or your loved one learn to manage mental illness and live the most fulfilling life possible. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. Goals include reducing the frequency and length of hospitalization, increasing connections to community services and improving quality of life. Doors are open to adults receiving mental health services in Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties.
