Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Oaks Integrated Care provides emergency evaluation and intervention services through a variety of crisis stabilization services and Mental Health Urgent Care. These services are often the first step in the consumer’s journey, as staff evaluate psychiatric symptoms and refer consumers to additional services. Programs are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) serves adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. A Better Quality of Life Adults Services From young adults in transition, to seniors in need of specialized care, partial care programs provide adults living with a mental illness with the support needed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and improve functioning in the community.
