COPE Center

We welcome COPE Center to our family of services! On May 1, 2021, Oaks officially announced a merger with COPE Center in Essex County. Headquartered in Montclair, COPE services and locations will remain the same and continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in their local communities. COPE Center has been strengthening communities by helping people overcome challenges with drugs, alcohol, family and AIDS since 1971. Children’s Mobile Response

A Family Focused Approach Children’s Mobile Response (CMR) uses a family focused approach to help children ages 5-21 experiencing a behavioral or emotional crisis. Immediate, in-home stabilization services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Camden County. If a child is experiencing any of the following symptoms that interfere with life at home or at school, we will send a trained professional to the home that same day. Bridging Family Support

A Lifeline for Families Bridging Family Support provides in-home and community supports throughout southern and central New Jersey for individuals of all ages with developmental/intellectual disabilities and their families. Using a holistic approach, we offer intensive treatment in a family-centered, team environment. Food Pantry

Food shouldn’t have to be a choice! The Oaks Food Pantries, located in Mt. Holly and Berlin, provide the people we serve and community members in need with basic food, clothing and household provisions. Over 90% of the individuals and families in Oaks programs live at or below the poverty level. They often face the harsh dilemma of spending their meager financial resources to purchase the medications which keep them mentally stable or to purchase food.
