The New Jersey Safety Net Innovation Proposal (NJ SNIP), funded by the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation and administered by the Camden Coalition, supports nonprofit healthcare organizations working to improve access, quality and outcomes for people living with serious mental illness. Through two years of funding and technical support, participating organizations are strengthening programs, expanding access to care and addressing critical needs in communities across New Jersey.
Oaks Integrated Care was selected as a NJ SNIP Cohort II grantee for its Mobile Health and Wellness Services project. Through this initiative, Oaks is expanding access to integrated mental health and wellness services using a mobile unit connected to its Certified Community Behavioral Health Center, helping reduce transportation and other barriers to care while bringing support directly into local communities.
