Oaks Integrated Care Sets Goal for Thanksgiving Meals for Families in Need

Mt. Holly, N.J. – Oaks Integrated Care, a behavioral health service provider, has announced the launch of its 2019 Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive to benefit individuals and families in need throughout New Jersey. Donations of frozen turkeys and nonperishable Thanksgiving food items can be made now through November 18. Oaks Integrated Care hopes to collect over ­­­­­­­­­­1,900 turkeys to help make Thanksgiving special for families in their programs. Moorestown, NJ - On Saturday, September 28, 2019 Oaks Integrated Care’s Touch A Truck event is pulling into the Moorestown Mall parking lot! The eighth annual event gives children of all ages the chance to see, touch, explore and learn about their favorite trucks. Touch A Truck will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a sensory-friendly quiet time between 10 and 11 a.m. The event takes place rain or shine, in the Moorestown Mall parking lot on the Route 38 side of Boscov’s department store. MOUNT HOLLY (NJ) – At its recent annual meeting, the Board of Trustees of Oaks Integrated Care elected new officers. David Gaskin was elected as Chair of the Board. Aaron Nelson of Marlton was elected First Vice Chair and Gerard Law of Moorestown was elected Second Vice Chair. Chelsea Carter and Colleen Crandall were both re-elected to serve as Co-Secretary/Treasurer. Oaks Integrated Care Receives Accreditation

Mount Holly, NJ- Oaks Integrated Care announced that another set of its programs were recently accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International. CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. “This accreditation represents a major step forward in Oaks’ goals to fulfill its mission by providing the highest level of quality health care and social services to help individuals and families achieve emotional, mental and physical wellness,” said Oaks Chief Executive Officer Derry Holland. Oaks Integrated Care Receives $9.7 Million Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Grant for Opioid Use Disorder in the Southern Region

Mount Holly, NJ-  As part of Governor Christie’s $200 million commitment to combat the devastating opioid crisis in New Jersey, the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services awarded Oaks Integrated Care $9.7 million to provide Enhanced Care Management (ECM) for individuals with an opioid use disorder in the southern region (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties). The program will bring essential recovery support services and 80 new jobs to South Jersey with sites based in Camden, Atlantic and Cumberland Counties as well as in-community mobile response teams.
