Mount Holly, NJ | April 11, 2024 — Oaks Integrated Care, a leading behavioral healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality care to 19 counties in New Jersey, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christianna Lynch as the new Chief of Quality and Healthcare Integration. With an extensive background in quality assurance and a passion for improving patient outcomes, Lynch brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Oaks team.
In her new role, Lynch will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. She will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Christianna Lynch brings seventeen years of experience in healthcare quality management to her new role. Prior to joining Oaks Integrated Care, she held leadership positions in quality assurance at Devereux Advance Behavioral Health and Fairmount Behavioral Health where she led successful initiatives to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes.
Lynch holds a BA in Political Science from Temple University and an MBA from Holy Family University. “I am honored to join Oaks and contribute to its mission of delivering high-quality care to our communities,” she shares. “I am excited to collaborate with the talented team here to further elevate the standard of care and drive continuous improvement across the organization,” she adds.
